Commute to work by bike?

Hi there! Like many other fellow bike commuters, I post various helpful information concerning bike commuting and health-fitness (the engine) in general.  I myself live in Washington DC metro area, and my bike commute is from Annandale, VA to my office in Washington DC near Verizon Center (16 miles-one way).
